Michael Brewster, of Yucca Valley, age 45, passed away in a motorcycle accident Friday Nov. 23, 2018. He was born Oct. 6, 1973, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Ethel and Ross Brewster. Michael grew up in Apple Valley where he met the love of his life, Carey Dailey (now Brewster). Carey and Mike were married on May 6, 2006.
Mike was a finish carpenter for most of his life. He loved shooting guns, fishing and most importantly his love for Christ and his family.
Michael served in Fire Camp a few times over the years and fought many fires, saving many lives and homes.
He was a Godly man, a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, grandfather and a friend to many. A few friends worth mention are Scott Cosner, Charles Hanson, Robert Durham and more recently, Will Mills.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Ross Brewster, his mother, Ethel Moon, and the “dad he didn’t have to be,” James Moon.
Michael is survived by his wife, Carey Brewster; children, CJ (Clinton James) and Morghan Brewster and Christopher Moon and his girlfriend, Elizabeth Granz; grandchildren Parker, Nova and Mason; brother Carl Brewster and wife Bonnie Brewster; sister Kay Watz and husband Darrell Watz; brother Brandon Moon; and many nieces and nephews.
