Karlene Waldron, a Hi-Desert resident for more than 25 years, died May 25, 2019, in Palm Springs at the age of 34.
The daughter of Stan and Kammy Sauers, she was born Nov. 15, 1984, in Northridge.

Karlene loved chips and salsa from Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant, loved to cook, feed the wild birds in the morning and water her plants. She also loved cooking shows: “Chopped” and “MasterChef.” She was a loving friend to many. She was a “fanfrickintastic” mother, super-duper-awesome wife, and she will be missed so very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Waldron, of Yucca Valley, her son, Braeden Wagner, her daughters, Elora Waldron and Khloe Waldron, and her brother, Shane Sauers.
A memorial service will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. June 22 at the Tumbleweed Sanctuary Garden & Labyrinth. The service will be officiated by Robert Wagner.
