I would like to share a very special “thank you” to Robby of Diversified Heating. I had the pleasure of dealing with him near Christmas when my 40-year-old heater finally refused to work anymore.

Initially I had called Ron at Allegro Appliances since I know him to be honest and reliable, but he doesn’t work on heaters. So he recommended Robby at Diversified Heating; also honest and reliable.

During my appointment with Robby, I got the bad news that my heater really needed to be replaced (ouch!). But then Robby was telling me that once a year Diversified Heating chooses one family to receive the gift of a heater. They just have to write a letter to Hi-Desert Star, attention Heather, saying why we need a heater at this time.

This is Robby’s way of saying “thank you” to the community and paying forward some of his good fortune (and hard work).

Frankly, I didn’t know that businesses still did such kind acts. Obviously, I was mistaken, thank goodness.

On Dec. 27 the Hi-Desert Star notified me that my name was chosen as the recipient of a new heater. When I heard that, I sure could have danced around, jumped up and down and raced around like a young person! But, I’d probably hurt myself with those actions.

Then Tuesday, Jan. 30, Derick arrived with a brand new heater. It took him about an hour to remove the old heater and replace it with a beautiful new one. Plus he cleaned up after himself and took the old stuff with him.

I did ask him, how do you possibly say “thank you” enough to someone for such a wonderful and generous gift?

So Robby at Diversified Heating, I thank you for this perfect heater that works exactly as it should. I also wish you continued good fortune in your life, and thank you for sharing!

Sharing of knowledge is the best way to take others interest. But when we never show the photos then we just forget the Review which is not good for us. And may be this is the best way to tell the others about the working plan.
